The interior designer vocational training is intended for students already in degree programmes, and professionals who are looking to set up an individualized vocational training programme. This course is available only on the Nice campus. This approach allows students to receive additional training in tools, or hands-on knowledge that they can use immediately in interior design. The training generally takes place over the course of one year, and allows students to gradually ease themselves into the labour market, change job titles, or change careers completely. An interior designer can be found in many different domains, such as urban planning, design, temporary scenography (exhibitions, seminars and conferences), architecture, etc. Companies who hire include architectural firms, interior design agencies, creative departments within public or private companies, not to mention local authorities. This one-year training allows you to master the fundamental techniques and tools related to this profession. The teaching method is adapted to a professional audience, and relies on the school’s know-how in applied arts.
