Object and Furniture Designer/Company Designer
Object Designers work on production methods that may be more artisanal than Industrial Designers, in small series. Publishing Designers create objects that are then manufactured and distributed by a publishing firm, often in the field of furniture, decoration and tableware. These new objects lead Publishing Designers to monitor the performance of new materials and to investigate new manufacturing processes. These observations assist them in their high-level, functional and formal research.
