Wildlife Photographers must be experts in nature and endowed with an outstanding gift of patience and observation. They spend many hours on the ground, watching and preparing their reportage, and then taking the photographs. They must master the techniques, set up focal lengths and have a great sense of detail and organisation. If not, they could easily see days of preparation go up in smoke. They work freelance for the press and in publishing, but they can also work for a wildlife structure or a natural park.
