Portrait Photographers work for sponsors, most often the press or publishing, as well as for companies. They work in studios or outside. Their work consists of only framing the face or representing people in certain situations, such as in their own environment or at specific events. Beyond their skills in photography, Portrait Photographers must be good with people, so they can earn their trust. They must be able to empathise and build a rapport with their subjects. Portrait photography can evolve into art photography.
