Photojournalist

These photographers are full-fledged journalists and possess a press card. Reportage photography is a real information, just like text. Although employed by news agencies, photo agencies, newspapers and reporters, Photojournalists usually work freelance. Eitherthey responds to a project that has been commissioned to them, or they do their own reportage, and are responsible for selling it to the media afterwards. When a newspaper sends them, they may work in pairs with an editor. Whether on the battlefields or in confrontation, it's a job that requires a lot of courage, reactivity and instinct.
