For the luxury industry, just as for culture, scenography design is a specialisation on the campuses of Nice and Paris

The question of housing - how it adapts to lifestyles, how big its carbon footprint is, and how it fits into the rapidly-changing urban fabric - is a major societal issue. How this is implemented into urban and rural communities influences the quality of social interactions. Particular attention is paid to the issue of sustainable development. Commercial architecture allows spaces to be designed, where the customer can have a sensitive and meaningful experience.  Space semantics and the brand identity awareness are both part of the design approach. On the Nancy campus, certain projects specifically explore the significant change in lifestyles and professional practices (nomadism, permeability of private/working spaces, digitalisation, collaborative tools, etc.). On the campuses of Nice and Paris, the projects focus on the scenography of exceptional spaces in the luxury and culture industries. Sales outlets, restaurants and high-end hotels, as well as cultural venues, exhibition scenography and private spaces. The codes of the luxury industry, the attention to detail and the use of high-end materials are all taught in this course. In addition, skills such as arts and crafts, and the cultivation of cultures, are developed.
